Complaints Procedure:

  1. Contact us directly via email or phone.
    2. Receive acknowledgement within 5 working days.
    3. Have your complaint investigated and resolved within 20 working days.
    4. If unresolved, the complaint may be escalated to our ADR provider (details below).

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, the next step is to escalate through our Scheme Provider—NAPIT, as part of their internal dispute resolution process. If that remains unresolved, the final escalation is to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO), who provides an impartial, independent ADR service for TrustMark-registered businesses and consumers
